1. Introduction
In continuation of Peace Steps Association’s humanitarian mission and its rapid emergency response to the ongoing war on the Gaza Strip, the Association continued implementing relief and educational support activities aimed at alleviating the severe humanitarian conditions, particularly those affecting children after months of blockade and deprivation.
2. Activity Description
During this month, Peace Steps Association implemented an activity involving the distribution of food parcels and food packages to dozens of children at Hind Rajab Kindergarten / Educational Space in Deir Al-Balah, central Gaza Strip.
This activity was carried out as part of the Association’s food support linked to the educational process, considering food security an integral component of supporting an integrated education system and ensuring children’s ability to continue learning in a safe and supportive environment.
3. Activity Objectives
To reduce the living and economic burdens on children and their families amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
To support the continuity of education for children in kindergartens and educational spaces.
To improve children’s psychological well-being and bring smiles to their faces.
To strengthen the values of humanitarian solidarity and international partnership in supporting community resilience.
4. Target Group
Dozens of children enrolled at Hind Rajab Kindergarten / Educational Space.
Children’s families, indirectly benefiting through partial relief of basic household needs.
5. Partners and Donors
This activity was implemented through generous support and a humanitarian partnership rooted in the values of dignity and solidarity, provided by:
